TRAVEL POLICIES

International Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. Your passport should not expire before.

Names must match the form exactly as shown on your passport booklet when placing the reservation or updating changes should your passport require renewal prior to departure. Minimum monthly payments are required to keep your reservation to avoid trip cancellation and can not exceed the current month payment is due. The payment policy may be found within your email for your convenience. All emails are kept within one thread during booking. As this is how reservations are documented from start to finish. Social media or text messages are not accepted regarding your reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS.

When booking a LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers to the airport code provided. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attentions to the travel dates. Flight itinerary is required to be submitted when requesting airport transfers and must be received by the due date to avoid a transfer fee. When booking a HOTEL & FLIGHT PACKAGE, your name must match your identification EXACTLY as it is shown as names can not be changed on your flight.

At check-in, a credit or debit card may be required to cover incidental charges, fees, and/or local taxes.

FYI: If your roommate(s) decides to not attend the trip, you are SOLELY responsible for the room charges and fees as a single occupancy traveler. Details of the balance change are provided via email to you by the travel agent should this occur. A full day-by-day itinerary along with the name of the resort or hotel (s) will be provided to all group trip attendees 30 days prior to arrival, if not earlier. Feel Free to also check out our Facebook page E-Maginable Travel as well for updates and travel alerts.

TERMS & POLICIES

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All payments to E-maginable Travel and its affiliates are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All hotel prices are based on a double occupancy rate. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, changes can be made at least 90 days prior to departure (unless informed otherwise). If changes are made after the deadline, a fee will be accessed (Applies to hotel only or cruise only packages. Airlines may require a fee). Prices are subject to change without notice if deposits are not received by the deadline. Please make your deposit by the deadline to secure your reservation at this low price to be locked in.

All call requests are replied to within 3-5 business days (closed on Sundays). No text messages or social media messages are accepted for travel inquiries or request. Please allow 3-5 business days for follow up assistance on payment confirmations, a quote request, trip assistance or call request.

TRIP DEPOSIT/PAYMENT OPTIONS

Full deposit and completed form are both required in order to join any group trip. Deposits and prices are all listed as per person

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

SN: If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. Please note a cancellation or reinstatement fee may be applied when a payment is past due. Monthly payment schedules are provided after the initial deposit. ***Monthly payments are due on or by the 15th unless otherwise noted*** FINAL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE DATE SHOWN WITHIN YOUR EMAIL.
 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended. Please purchase travel insurance on your vacation packages (100% optional). As without travel protection your package is 100% non-refundable. No credits. Travel insurance quotes are available within the first 7 days of your quote only. Thereafter, you are solely responsible for obtaining insurance on your own. 

We have several options to choose from through other vendors below.. Please see below to use one of our preferred vendors ALLIANZ TRAVEL INSURANCE or you may choose any of the other options.. I asked that you research the best vendor for your package. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
